The official recommendation letter emphasizes Dr. Jain's humanitarian work during the COVID-19 pandemic, including extensive food distribution, organizing health camps, and delivering free medical checkups and medicines to children and families in remote tribal villages.

Digambar Jain Mahasabha, District Narsinghpur formally recommended Dr. Prakash Jain for the Padma Shri honour in recognition of his long-standing contribution to paediatric healthcare, rural education, women’s higher education, social service and community leadership.

The institution regularly conducts National Cadet Corps (NCC) programs to cultivate discipline, leadership qualities, patriotism, and social responsibility among students.

Senior NCC Officer Brigadier A.G. Barbare formally expressed high appreciation for the institutional leadership and the disciplined participation of student cadets during official training operations.

The Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Tendukheda, District Narsinghpur, issued an official administrative recommendation proposing Dr. Prakash Jain for the prestigious Padma Shri Award.
